Hi, I’m Hayley Henderson (ANutr). My journey into nutrition began with my own challenges, navigating disordered eating, body image struggles, and managing my health after a coeliac diagnosis. These experiences inspired me to study nutrition and create Soul Nutrition & Wellbeing, a space where people can finally feel confident, energised, and free from diet culture.
